1. Dial 444 from your Three mobile
2. From the menu, choose the option Top-up with a voucher and follow the instructions.
3. When asked, enter the 16-digit voucher code you have received. Confirm and you’re topped up!
Online:
1. Visit the Three Website using your phone or computer
2. Enter your Three mobile number and select the voucher option
3. Enter your 16 digit voucher code
On the Three App:
Open the My Three app. In the homescreen, find the Credit tile. It shows your current call credit balance.
Online:
Go to the Three Website and view your remaining balance by logging into your My Three Account
By Phone:
Dial 444 from your Three mobile and you will hear your balance.
You have to activate your Three top up voucher within 90 days of purchase. Once activated, your Three call credit or mobile data are valid indefinitely.
You have to make a chargeable action at least every 6 months with your Three mobile number. Otherwise, Three UK will deactivate your SIM. A chargeable action is a call, a text message or data usage.
